Do I need a photo of their pet?

No. That is the entire reason this exists: they pick the style, choose the size, and upload their own pet's photo when they claim the gift. You never need to ask for it, so nothing gives the surprise away.

How much should I give?

Gift cards run from $50 to $1000. $75 covers a premium canvas, $100 covers our largest canvas or a framed print, and $300 covers the heirloom canvas or three framed prints. If your gift is worth more than the order, we email a new code for the difference.

What can they spend it on?

They can spend it on any of our 76 styles, any size, any product — digital download, canvas, framed or heirloom. If they want something bigger than the balance covers, they simply pay the difference at checkout.

How do they claim it?

They open the link in their email (or the code on the card), enter their email address, and click a one-time sign-in link — no password, no account required just to look. The balance lands in their Crown Wallet the moment they confirm.

Can I choose the day it arrives?

Yes. Leave the date blank and it arrives the moment you pay, or pick a future date — their birthday, a holiday — and we send it that morning.

Can I send it myself instead of emailing them directly?

Yes. Choose "Send it myself" at checkout and we'll email you a card to forward, print or hand over in person, along with your own link to track and manage it.

What if I get the recipient's email wrong?

Use the manage link in your receipt to resend it to the right address, or cancel it, any time before it's claimed.
